Kufri

Once part of the Kingdom of Nepal, Kufri hosts an annual Winter Sports Festival every February where skiing enthusiasts and adventure seekers gather. The National Snow Statue Competition takes place here in January.

Walk through thick cedar woods to Mahasu Peak, visit the little zoo, or drive on to Fagu — just 6 km away — for breathtaking scenery along the Hindustan–Tibet road.
